Better Man is based on the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall and remarkable rebirth of British pop star Robbie Williams. Directed by Michael Gracie, the film is uniquely told from Williams’ perspective, conveying his trademark wit and indomitable spirit. It traces Robbie’s journey from his childhood, through his time as the youngest member of the successful boy band Take That, to his unprecedented success as a record-breaking solo artist – all the while facing the challenges that astronomical fame and success can bring.
