‘ Chef Roy Brett, the Chef-Proprietor of Ondine UK will be making a special guest appearance at Grand Hyatt Singapore on the 11th of October 2019 to cook a special Scottish dinner using sustainably-sourced ingredients. Chef Brett has won many accolades during his culinary journey. He was awarded The Good Food Guide’s Scottish Restaurant of the Year in 2010, Chef of the Year and the food prize at the Spirit of Scotland Awards. This dinner is not one to be missed.
