St. Andrew’s Society Golf Outing

Tering Bay, Batam

Dear Members,

 

Our next outing is no longer at Palm Villa, but is now at Tering Bay Batam, on Saturday 18^th June

 

The price for this event is S$160 (society members), S$170 (non-members), S$110 (member of Tering bay) for which you will receive the following:

 

• Buggy, shared caddy & insurance
• Lunch
• Return ferry Tanah Merah – Batam – Tanah Merah
• Visa on arrival

 

For those of you who do not require a Visa on arrival please deduct S$15 from the relevant price.

 

Note Visa on arrival must be arranged in advance, otherwise US$25 will be payable on arrival.

 

We depart from Tanah Merah on the 08.00 ferry and will return on the 16.30 ferry (Batam time), arrival Singapore ~18.10 (Singapore time).  Please be at Tanah Merah by 07.00.

 

Please complete the form below that includes your passport number and expiry date (IMPORTANT – this is needed for the ferry). Also let me know by email as soon as you can if you want to play. The cut-off date is Tuesday 14^th June There will be no refund for no show unless a replacement can be found prior to the date.
