Peter started the business in 1997, when he and his wife bought a property as an investment for themselves. Over the past 15 years, the company has helped clients from 30 countries invest in almost 2,000 properties across 12 UK cities.

The company has won many awards and Peter is frequently quoted in the UK press on property investment and management issues.
